Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting is to be held via Zoom on Thursday 15th April 2021 at 6pm.
Who can attend?
IEA Members, Friends of IEA and anyone interested in the arts in East Anglia.
How to attend?
You will need to have Zoom installed on your device either as a programme or via your web browser. Please advise IEA administration that you wish to attend and you will be sent joining details.
Questions?
Prior to the meeting: These should be submitted via email to IEA administration.
During the meeting: These should be done via the “chat” facility where, if time permits, these will be answered by the Chairman or replied via email after the meeting.
Nominations/Voting
Prior to the meeting, please submit your nominations/votes via email to IEA administration.
Meeting Settings
When attending the meeting your microphone will be switched off by the Host.
You may choose whether to have your video on or off. (Note if your “video is off” your name will be displayed if set).
You will be admitted to the Waiting Room prior to the meeting.
Once the meeting has started no latecomers will be admitted.
The meeting will be recorded for the purposes of record-keeping (minutes).
